The platform claims on its website that in 2025 it “secured an offshore license from Mauritius to expand global operations.” However, it does not disclose its legal entity name, making verification extremely difficult. More importantly, our thorough search of the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius yielded no results matching “Msamexfx”. This casts serious doubt on the validity of its licensing claim.

Additionally, Msamexfx lists a physical address in Estonia. We therefore also checked the database of the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (EFSA), but found no licensed entity associated with Msamexfx there either.

These findings strongly suggest that Msamexfx is not only misrepresenting its regulatory status, but may also be operating illegally without authorization in the jurisdictions it references, which is a hallmark of fraudulent brokers.
