A broker in the US must be registered with both CFTC and the National Futures Association (NFA) to ensure compliance with rules and standards, investor protection, and market integrity. Since the NFA operates under the regulatory oversight of the CFTC and they share information and resources, by checking the NFA BASIC, investors can verify whether a forex broker is registered with both the CFTC and the NFA. However, our search for Cboe Digital in the NFA BASIC returned no results. This means the platform's claim about its regulatory status is a false statement.
