Many withdrawal complaints about ZIFI Markets. Is it safe to trade with them?

ANSWER Dear Investor, Based on our review, ZIFI Markets does not appear to hold a valid financial regulatory license. Trading with an unregulated broker generally carries a higher level of risk, as investors may have limited protection in the event of disputes or fund-related issues. In addition, the existence of multiple withdrawal complaints should be treated as a significant warning sign. If you already have funds deposited with this platform, we recommend that you stop further trading activities and submit a withdrawal request as soon as possible. If you are experiencing withdrawal difficulties or other disputes, be sure to keep all chat records, transaction receipts, account statements, and other relevant evidence. You can also submit your complaint through our platform by clicking here for further review and assistance. As always, investors should exercise extreme caution when dealing with unregulated platforms and conduct thorough due diligence before committing any funds.

ZiFi Markets Ltd? Should I be cautious?

ANSWER Dear Investor, Thank you for reaching out. We advise you to avoid using ZiFi Markets Ltd due to its unregulated status, which exposes you to potential fraud schemes. The company claims to be registered in St. Lucia, an offshore jurisdiction known for its lax regulation and minimal investor protections. ZiFi Markets Ltd relies on its MSB registration with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Center of Canada (FINTRAC) to appear legitimate. However, this registration does not constitute a valid financial license for its business activities. Given these concerns, we believe that ZiFi Markets Ltd is operating without proper licensing, making its offerings highly risky. We strongly recommend choosing brokers that are fully regulated by top-tier financial authorities.
