The company claims to be registered under Vayu Financial Services Ltd with the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC). While it is true that a company by this name appears in the Saint Lucia IFC registry, this registration only confers International Business Company (IBC) status. Importantly, an IBC registration does not equate to a financial license, and the Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate or authorize forex trading activities. Furthermore, VayuFX is not licensed or supervised by any recognized financial regulator or similar bodies. This absence of proper oversight is a serious warning sign and strongly suggests the potential for fraudulent operations. For your own financial safety, we strongly recommend avoiding any dealings with VayuFX.
