Upon investigation, we confirmed that the Seychelles FSA does indeed regulate Topical Wealth International Limited and has registered it as a licensed company. However, the only website associated with this licensed entity is Topical Wealth (https://www.topicalwealth.com), and we found no clear connection between that platform and Regain Capital. Therefore, we strongly advise you to avoid trading with Regain Capital, as it may be misappropriating the regulatory information of another platform. Please exercise caution to protect yourself from potential fraud.
