As a broker, Profix Capital does not provide licensing details to demonstrate its compliance with industry regulations. It solely relies on a certificate allegedly from Companies House (CH) to substantiate its authenticity and credibility. However, the CH registration cannot constitute a license from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Almost all financial firms in the UK are obliged to obtain authorization from the FCA before soliciting investors. However, no corresponding records have been found with the British financial authority. Additionally, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has red-flagged Profix Capital for lacking the required license. Therefore, we strongly suggest avoiding Profix Capital to protect your funds and personal information. Otherwise, any money entrusted with this unregulated broker will be at risk, as there are no legal protections in place.

Profix Capital attempts to convince investors into believing that they are real using a certificate puportedly from the Companies House (CH). But we haven't found any valid records to suggest that it is properly licensed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Therefore, Profix Capital remains an unlicensed firm. In addition, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added Profix Capital to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization. Therefore, we strongly suggest you avoid using Profix Capital. For a safer trading environment and peace of mind, it is recommended to opt for fully regulated brokers instead.
