Our check of the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius registry confirms the company was indeed previously licensed, however, its current licensing status is shown as "lapsed." Furthermore, Pemaxx does not disclose any regulatory status on its website, suggesting it may currently be operating without any valid trading license. Given the expired authorization and lack of transparency, we strongly advise avoiding all interaction or transactions with Pemaxx to protect your funds and personal information.

ANSWER Pemaxx is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. Pemaxx claims to be a regulated broker authorized and registered in Mauritius with reference number 190606. However, we did not find any match results to the company name or the reference number in the Mauritius financial regulator Financial Services Commission (Mauritius FSC). Apparently, the regulatory information is a false statement for unsuspecting investors. The truth is, Pemaxx is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like Pemaxx and trade with licensed brokers.
