MarketMates claims to be a trading name of MarketMates Limited and states that it is regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. Upon checking the official registry of the Mauritius FSC, we did find an entity with this name registered. However, the registry does not list its operating website, which makes it difficult for us to definitively confirm the association between the registered entity and the platform. Furthermore, it is important to note that the Mauritius FSC is an offshore regulator, and its oversight is generally considered less stringent compared to top-tier authorities. Holding a license from this jurisdiction alone does not provide a comprehensive guarantee for the safety of investors' funds.
