ANSWER Dear Investor, We do not recommend trading with Grey CM due to its lack of valid regulatory authorization. Grey CM has not provided any verifiable regulatory information, merely stating that it is registered in Saint Lucia and maintains an office in Bulgaria. Upon investigation, we did locate a company named Grey Capital Markets Ltd. in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry. However, this registration only grants International Business Company (IBC) status and does not constitute a valid financial license. It is important to note that the Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate forex trading activities or issue forex broker licenses. Furthermore, we searched the official registry of the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) and found no record of Grey CM holding any financial license there. This confirms that the platform is operating without proper authorization from any recognized regulatory authority. Given the complete absence of regulatory oversight, we strongly advise you to avoid engaging in any transactions with this unlicensed broker to protect your financial security.
