Finrally has not provided any valid regulatory proof, merely claiming that its company, MAKERUN CORP, is registered in the Marshall Islands. Upon checking the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI), we found that the registration status of MAKERUN CORP has been "Annulled," which raises serious concerns about its operational status. Furthermore, this registration only indicates an International Business Company (IBC) incorporation, not the possession of any brokerage license. The IRI does not regulate forex trading and cannot issue brokerage licenses. Therefore, Finrally is essentially not endorsed by any compliance certificates and poses a very high risk. We strongly advise you to avoid trading with such unlicensed brokers.
