However, please note that this registration only confers International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a valid financial services or forex trading license. The Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate or authorize brokerage activities. Furthermore, a search of the official register of Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) reveals no record of Amxer Markets Limited or any affiliated entity. This means the firm is not authorized to operate as a broker in Cyprus either. In essence. Amxer Markets holds no legitimate trading license in any jurisdiction and appears to be operating without proper regulatory oversight.
