February 5, 2023, the founder of Oli Capital, Luo Qi, sent a letter to all his investors, arrogantly stating that he had run away with the money.

The letter was so provocative and infuriating. And he even chose to send it on the occasion of the Chinese Lantern Festival. It is the same as Send King in Hunan, which absconded last year, and more than that.
Qi claims he has laundered his money through legal methods and has gone to live with his girlfriend in a country with no extradition clause, adding that his ex-wife and daughter were both pawns in his plan.
In the letter, he admitted that Oli Capital was a Ponzi scheme. The lavish spending by Qi himself and his girlfriend over the past three years was all paid for by stealing the money that victims invested. Although he knew that people had been defrauded out of all their money by him, he did not care. And he even lectured the investors with superiority, saying they shouldn't have been greedy for high interest.
He even mocked the victims, saying that they should look for the future, happiness is the most important, and money can be earned again. "I'm just taking your money and spending it on your behalf. You got the happiness that you did not know, didn’t you?"
The public is outraged by this arrogant behavior of Oli Capital, which is above the law!
A Ponzi Scheme to Defraud Chinese
