Victims Suffer Billions of Baht Lost! Where is the Handsome Young Muverse Owner "Gas"?

After checking all social media channels, there was no track of "Gas Surapit Phakhahan," a former model with a muscular figure, from any channel. Where did the owner of the Muverse broker go? Will this case be another "Forex3D?"

In February 2023, a lawsuit was filed against the broker Muverse, with more than 30 victims worth more than a billion baht in damages. They gathered together to report to the investigating officer of the Department of Special Investigation, Ministry of Justice, accusing Muverse of tricking them into investment.

The method is to persuade investors to invest and receive bonuses. The investment starts at 30,000 baht, with an incentive to travel abroad and receive mobile phones. There are also models and high-society people to help promote it. Most of the promotions are word-of-mouth, relying on intimacy, trust, and social credit of people who invite them.

In the early stages, 30% of the returns can be withdrawn. And investors put a lot of money in their portfolios. One day, Muverse claimed that the system had been hacked, making it impossible to withdraw funds. The website then shut down and prevented all investors from accessing their portfolios or withdrawing their funds.

According to further investigation, the website domain (mu-verse.com) was registered on December 4, 2021, and will expire on December 4, 2023. But the website has been shut down already, and so has the Muverse-fx Facebook page.

According to the victims, the broker declared itself to be both A book and B book. On November 4, 2022, Muverse posted on its Facebook that it had informed four traders that they had accessed confidential information about the futures price for profit, so all the traders had their accounts suspended. 

Therefore, there is a belief that the orders of these four (or more) traders are not sent to the real market (B-book), or they are being eaten by the broker, and the winners don't have the money to pay them in time, resulting in a liquidity shortage.

According to the investigation, NFA Forex broker license number 0545593 impersonated on the mu-verse.com website is also fake.
