Trade Nation Appoints Philippe Capelle as Chief Marketing Officer

Online trading broker Trade Nation has appointed Philippe Capelle as its new Chief Marketing Officer, further strengthening its senior leadership team as the company continues to refine its brand and growth strategy.

Capelle joins Trade Nation from crypto payments firm Wirex, where he served as CMO for just over two years. During his time at Wirex, he was responsible for leading global marketing initiatives across a fast-growing digital assets business operating in a highly competitive and regulated environment.

Prior to Wirex, Capelle held the position of Marketing Director at Novakid, an education technology company. His broader career includes senior marketing roles at several globally recognised consumer and technology brands, including Sky, Dyson, eBay, and Nestlé, giving him extensive experience across digital, performance, and brand-led marketing strategies.

His appointment comes amid a wider set of leadership changes at Trade Nation over the past year. In 2025, the broker named Jon Noble as Chief Executive Officer. Noble joined Trade Nation after more than two decades at IG Group, where he held multiple senior operational and strategic roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Board Director.

Later in 2025, Trade Nation also announced the appointment of Kypros Zoumidou as Managing Director. Zoumidou previously served as CEO of Capital.com and has held several senior roles within the online trading and brokerage sector. His move to Trade Nation marked a professional reunion with Jon Noble, with whom he previously worked during his time at IG Group.

Zoumidou has also held a Non-Executive Director position at Perpetuals.com, a multilateral trading facility focused on crypto derivatives, adding further digital asset market experience to Trade Nation’s leadership team.

Commenting on his appointment, Capelle said he was excited to join a business built on clarity and fairness, noting his enthusiasm for working with the team to deliver steady and meaningful growth as Trade Nation continues to develop its market presence.
