Trade Nation Appoints Kypros Zoumidou as Managing Director

FCA-licensed FX, CFDs, and spreadbetting broker Trade Nation has announced the appointment of Kypros Zoumidou as Managing Director, marking a key leadership addition aimed at delivering the firm's strategic development plans.

The appointment reunites Zoumidou with Trade Nation Group CEO Jon Noble, who took on the top leadership role earlier this year. Noble is a former Chief Operating Officer and Board Director at IG Group, where Zoumidou also previously held several positions.

Zoumidou brings substantial experience to the new role, having served as CEO of Capital.com and holding various roles within the financial technology and brokerage sector. His background also includes a Non-Executive role at Perpetuals.com, a Multilateral Trading Facility regulated in Cyprus.

Commenting on the executive hire, Jon Noble stated, "We have some ambitious strategic plans to develop Trade Nation and having Kyp on board will really help us move the business to the next level." Zoumidou echoed this positive sentiment, adding that working with the team, "and in particular as it is headed by Jon Noble is a very exciting prospect," noting that his time spent understanding the firm's ambition allowed him to find "a good cultural match."
