
Although no explicit statements have been issued, offshore CFD brokers Kot4X, SageFX, and Nash Markets appear poised to cease operations.
All three websites display a notice: “Important announcement: Please be advised that accessibility to this user portal and the tradelocker trading plarform will be changing soon in relation to this broker.”

Additionally, Nash Markets and SageFX will prohibit users from opening new positions starting September 19 and will close all positions on September 29. Kot4X users will not be able to open new positions starting September 21, with positions automatically closed on October 1. The brokers also require users to withdraw all funds within the specified timeframe.
CFD brokers Kot4X, SageFX, and Nash Markets hold no licenses issued by any financial regulatory authority.
Kot4X and Nash Markets are registered with the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA). SageFX is registered with the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI).

However, neither the SVG FSA nor the IRI are financial regulatory bodies.
