Josh Fieldhouse, Global Head of Partnerships at ThinkMarkets , has stepped away from the broker to focus on his own projects, effective 4 February 2026. Based in Dubai, Josh had been helping ThinkMarkets grow its footprint across the MENA region and beyond during his short tenure.
Before ThinkMarkets, Josh held similar roles at M4Markets and Trade Nation, and previously worked at INFINOX and ETX Capital across sales, conversion, and retention functions. Over the years, he’s built a reputation in the industry for driving partnerships and client growth across multiple regions.
On LinkedIn, Josh shared: “New chapter, clear focus. I’ve stepped away from my previous broker to focus on my own projects, with a clear intention to deliver real, meaningful impact for clients within the sector. I’ll be sharing more over the coming weeks. If you’re in or around Dubai and would like to catch up for a coffee, drop me a message.”
ThinkMarkets itself continues to make moves on the leadership front. Just recently, the broker announced Chantelle Lea as Global Head of Brand and Marketing, reflecting a broader push to strengthen the company’s brand, client engagement, and presence in international markets.
