Plus500 has announced that Tami Gottlieb, an Independent Non-Executive and External Director at the company, has taken on an additional board role at Malam-Team Holdings Ltd., a technology services firm listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The appointment takes effect from 12 February 2026.
Gottlieb brings extensive experience in corporate governance and financial oversight within Israel’s financial services sector. Until late 2024, she served as an External Director at Bank Leumi Le-Israel, one of the country’s largest commercial banks, completing the maximum permitted nine-year term. During that time, she chaired the bank’s Audit and Financial Reports Committees for six years and also sat on its Remuneration, Business, Credit and Resources Committees.
Her previous committee roles at Bank Leumi also included participation in the Technology and Risk Management Committees, giving her direct exposure to operational risk, digital transformation, and regulatory oversight at a systemically important institution.
Beyond banking, Gottlieb currently holds several senior board and advisory positions. She is an Independent Director at Novolog (Pharm-Up 1966) Ltd. and an External Director at Extell Limited. Until recently, she also served as Chairperson of Kibbutz Kfar Aza. In academia, she sits on the Board of Trustees, Board of Directors, and Finance Committee of the College of Management Academic Studies (COLMAN).
Gottlieb is also a co-founder and Co-Managing Director of Harvest Capital Markets Ltd., a boutique firm specialising in wealth management and investment banking services.
She holds a BA in International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MA in Economics from Indiana University in the United States.
While the appointment does not impact Plus500’s day-to-day operations, it highlights the depth of governance expertise within the broker’s board and strengthens its broader ties to Israel’s listed corporate sector.
