Hantec Trader Hires DB Investing’s Reno Mindemann as Head of Performance Marketing

Hantec Trader has named Reno Mindemann as Head of Performance Marketing, strengthening its growth and client acquisition capabilities as the prop trading division of Hantec Markets continues to expand its funded trading business.

Based in Dubai, Mindemann joins from DB Investing, where he served as Head of Growth and led performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization initiatives. He previously held senior growth and paid media roles at Kama Capital and also worked at ADSS, building extensive experience across digital marketing, customer acquisition, and brokerage growth strategies.

In his new role, Mindemann will oversee performance marketing operations, focusing on acquisition campaigns, conversion optimization, and scalable growth strategies to support Hantec Trader’s expanding global footprint.

The appointment comes as Hantec Trader continues to enhance its prop trading offering, following the launch of new funded account programs, including Instant Funding accounts, EnhancedX, and Instant Lite, aimed at improving accessibility and flexibility for traders.
