Former KPMG Veteran Stuart Manning Joins CMC Markets Board

CMC Markets has announced the appointment of Stuart Manning, a former KPMG finance specialist and experienced investment executive, to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective November 1, 2025. Manning will also assume the role of Chair of the Group Audit Committee and join the Nomination, Remuneration, and Risk Committees.

Bringing more than 15 years of experience across venture capital, corporate finance, and regulatory supervision, Manning has held senior roles at KPMG Ireland and the Central Bank of Ireland before becoming Partner and Director of Finance at Geneva-based venture capital firm Endeavour Vision. His cross-sector expertise in financial management and governance has been widely recognized in the industry.
