BrokersView previously reported on FCA warnings issued on 14 and 16 October 2026, covering the Quorum Capital clone, ALSET MARKETS, Fx Quantix Option and other unauthorised firms. Subsequent notices published on 19–21 October named the following 10 unauthorised or clone operators.
On 19 October, the FCA warned against CFXTRADE, Weinvesta, DEMINI TRADES and Global Stock Trading, stating that they were not authorised and might be targeting UK consumers.
A separate warning against Forex-gpt.com followed on 20 October. The FCA said these operators might be providing or promoting financial services or products without its permission and advised consumers to avoid dealing with them.
The notices published on 21 October named Acorn Property Invest, Oribit X Trading FX, Nosinasset, spacexcapitalsecuredinvestmentcompany.com and GoTempCover Limited, identified as a clone firm.
The GoTempCover warning lists drivewisely.app and gotempcover.com. The FCA says the genuine authorised business, Accelerant Insurance UK Limited, has no connection with the clone.
The FCA says customers dealing with these unauthorised operators will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or Financial Services Compensation Scheme protection for those dealings.
