D Prime Faces Fresh Withdrawal Complaints as Traders Across Multiple Countries Report Blocked Funds

3 hours ago BrokersView

Retail forex broker D Prime, formerly known as Doo Prime, is facing a growing number of investor complaints alleging blocked withdrawals, confiscated profits, account restrictions, and poor customer support. Although individual disputes can occur with any broker, similar allegations emerging from several countries have raised concerns among traders.

Brazilian Traders Claim Profitable Accounts Are Being Targeted

The latest controversy began after a well-known Brazilian trading community leader, who says he manages a community of more than 100,000 traders, publicly accused D Prime of systematically withholding funds from profitable clients.

According to his statement, traders are able to trade normally for weeks or even months. However, once they request a withdrawal, their accounts are allegedly blocked, profits withheld, and access to MetaTrader and the client portal removed.

He also claims that affected traders receive standard emails accusing them of "Bonus Abuse," "quotation defects," or "irregular trading activities," but are not provided with detailed trading records or technical evidence to support the allegations. Attempts to contact customer support or escalate complaints reportedly receive little or no response.

IB Alleges Unauthorized Trade and Retaliation

Complaints are not limited to Brazil.

An Introducing Broker (IB) recently accused D Prime of inserting an unauthorized trade into a client's account through the broker's backend system.

According to the complaint, the client's MetaTrader 5 terminal experienced a brief network interruption on April 1, 2026. The IB claims terminal logs show no user activity for nearly 20 minutes, yet during that period a 0.02-lot XAU/USD position was allegedly opened, resulting in a US$41.14 loss.

The IB says he submitted terminal logs and requested an investigation. Instead, he alleges that D Prime later sent an email titled "FINAL NOTICE: Immediate Termination of IB Relationship, Client Accounts Closure & Public Escalation Blueprint," warning that his IB partnership and client accounts could be terminated if he continued raising the issue publicly.

These allegations have not been independently verified, and D Prime has not publicly responded to the specific claims.

Investors Report Withdrawal Problems

Other investors have also reported withdrawal-related issues.

In one complaint, a trader deposited US$140, accepted a trading bonus, and later requested withdrawals of US$177.74, US$122.62, and US$120. All three requests were reportedly rejected as "pending deductions." The investor later received an email accusing them of "Bonus Abuse" and "irregular trading activities," despite claiming no supporting evidence was provided.

Another investor said that although their account had passed KYC verification, the withdrawal function in D Prime's mobile app suddenly stopped working. After initially promising to investigate, customer support allegedly stopped responding altogether.

Similar Complaints Reported Across Multiple Countries

Public complaints about D Prime have also appeared on platforms including Trustpilot, FX110, Reclame Aqui, BrokersView, and Forex Peace Army. Traders from Brazil, Malaysia, Pakistan, Colombia, Bangladesh, and the United Arab Emirates have reported issues ranging from delayed withdrawals and frozen accounts to cancelled profits and limited customer support.

While each complaint represents an individual allegation and has not been independently verified, the recurrence of similar reports has drawn increasing attention within the retail trading community.

BrokersView Reminder You

At the time of writing, D Prime has not publicly addressed the individual complaints referenced above.

For investors, these cases highlight the importance of carefully reviewing bonus terms, keeping complete trading records, and saving all communication with brokers. When multiple traders report similar withdrawal disputes over an extended period, transparency, timely communication, and verifiable evidence from brokers become essential to maintaining market confidence.

Where disagreements cannot be resolved directly with the broker, investors may also consider seeking assistance through the broker's dispute resolution process or the relevant financial regulator if applicable.  If still unresolved, file a complaint through the broker’s official channel or the regulator.

Or you can promptly submit a complaint to BrokersView, and we will assist you in reporting the situation to the relevant regulatory authorities.
