The Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles has sounded the alarm over a fraudulent website impersonating TopFX, a broker legitimately regulated by both the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and the Seychelles FSA.
The regulator warns that the site https://topfxm.com/ has no connection to TopFX Global Ltd. The only official domains of TopFX Global Ltd remain https://topfx.com.sc/ and https://topfx.com/.
The cloned site exploits a subtle domain variation, adding the letter “m”, to mislead unsuspecting investors. The impostor has taken it a step further by stealing TopFX’s logo and displaying TopFX’s Seychelles FSA licensing details, a tactic designed to create a false sense of legitimacy.

The Seychelles FSA strongly urges investors and the public to conduct thorough due diligence before engaging with any financial service provider.
Fraudsters frequently misuse the names, logos, and regulatory details of legitimate platforms to lure victims into scams. Prudence and vigilance are essential.
Verify licensing status directly with regulators, rather than relying on claims made on websites. Exercise extreme caution when asked to share personal information or transfer money.
