i cant withdraw my fund on tidex. they said withdrawal and deposits are disabled but they didnt tell us any reason and their support doesnt even answer our complaints or messages. the deposits work fine but withdrawal still pending to everyone and some even to 4 months. theres no TXID as the withdrawal still on pending. please contact the broker for us. thank you. i'd to pay u 30k$ also if my withdrawal came through. my total pending withdrawal is 1.5m
