I have requested a withdrawal from ventezo broker 1 week ago but it is still pending for a week

Before withdrawing I asked online support how many days it will take and he said maximum 1 day. I even asked, because I need my money urgently, if possible they can transfer the amount to the wallet in 2-3 hours and he said they will try

Now after 5 working days my amount is still pending and support is not responding. messages seen Support but they do not respond.

I have even emailed the finance department, CEO and the support department but none of them are responding.

The phone number they have provided on the site is also not available on the network and it is a Google number!

They also stated on their site that the maximum withdrawal with Tether is 15 minutes

Please help me to withdraw my amount.
