Could you please provide some details of your trading in FXCM (such as: trading account number, withdrawal records)? We will try to contact this broker for you.
From the 28th of Oct to now, the system email shows that the money is deducted, but it does not arrive.
I used to trust them a lot, but now I have reason to doubt their legality.
