I started trading with the WBS from January 2026 and made a profit of USD560, since 23 January 2026, I have been frantically chasing with them for my profit but nobody from their team ever bothers to provide concrete answer. Initially, they said you have to send your bank details, then the card copy from which account I initially deposited the amount. All bank details were furnished however, they keep saying will update soon. One of their staff who was my agent left the company, I do not have a physical person to cordinate with, the staff calls from random numbers when I try to contact, its unreachable. The staff kept saying cancel the earlier withdrawal request and put a new withdrawal request, but for what. Can't the system work on the withdrawals initiated for so long. The accounts department is just sitting the peoples money and getting their salary paid through our funds.
