Could you please provide some evidence of your trading in WEEX (such as account number and trading and transaction records)? We will try to contact this broker for you.
WEEX cannot withdraw cash. I asked customer service. The customer service replied that two funds were transferred to me from other people's accounts. The account triggered risk control and was suspected of money laundering. 20% of the two funds were required to eliminate the risk. Later, I made several withdrawals without success. I asked customer service, and the customer service replied that 100% of the principal must be traded to meet the withdrawal requirements.
