I have got a forex trading account in Transx Market. I deposited $2000 in it. Initially they used the automated trading bot but that ran into losses. After that I traded manually and brought my account upto USD 2173. After placing withdrawal request, i am still waiting and they are not processing the withdrawal despite repeated reminders. My MT5 account no with them is 778433. If you can help in getting my funds or suggest some genuine agency or authority which can help me it would be great.
