I opened an account with TRADEVIEW Markets on July 31, 2025. Between August 18 and September 4, I deposited USDT into the wallet address provided by them and traded on TRADEVIEW Markets. However, on September 3, I was unable to contact online customer service during the withdrawal process on TRADEVIEW, and my account balance could not be withdrawn. On September 11, my account was forcibly closed, and the funds in my account were emptied without my consent. I still have a balance of 368,811.75 USDT on TRADEVIEW, and I am currently unable to obtain any response from the platform's customer service or withdraw my funds.
