I opened an account with SBCFX for trading, and my trading account number is 8101665. Currently, I am experiencing a serious situation where SBCFX has refused to process my withdrawals and has suspended my account without cause. The details are as follows:
On March 11, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of $937 to SBCFX. However, the withdrawal request was rejected by them shortly after it was submitted.
During this period, I fully complied with their requirements and completed all KYC verification procedures. My account had no open positions and I never engaged in any illegal trading activities. However, after my withdrawal was refused, the broker forcibly froze my trading account without any prior notice, and currently, logging in displays the message "Account is inactive."
As of now, this withdrawal request has long exceeded their promised processing time. I have tried to communicate with customer service multiple times, but they have consistently failed to provide a clear arrival time or explain the specific reason for the account suspension. The withdrawal has still not been completed.
I request that SBCFX immediately fulfill its responsibilities, unfreeze my trading account, process my withdrawal request as soon as possible, and ensure that the full amount of $937 is credited to my account.
