I am filing this complaint because Prorex Limited has failed to fulfill a written agreement regarding my funds.

My account with a balance of USD 1,728.44 was blocked for withdrawal. After I expressed my dissatisfaction on public forums, the company's support team (support@prorexfx.com) reached out to offer a compromise. They officially committed to returning 50% of my balance (USD 864.22) if I agreed to take down my previous negative exposure on ****.

I acted in good faith and removed all the reviews as requested. However, once the posts were deleted, Prorex Limited completely stopped all communication. They have ignored my follow-up emails and NEVER processed the agreed-upon payment of USD 864.22.

It is clear now that their "Resolution Proposal" was just a trick to clean up their online reputation. They have no intention of paying back their clients.
