Could you please provide some evidence of your trading in PBFX (such as account number and trading and transaction records)? We will try to contact this broker for you.
PBFX claimed that the liquidity bank incurred fees for checking my order, which were offset by the balance. It is purely a black platform. Customer service also blocked me and I can't contact them now. The IP has also been blocked and there is no customer service online on the official website. No reply to email.
