I received an official email from the support , followed by a phone call from the manager who promised to solve my case ASAP.

Attached:
1. screenshot for the closed positions showing open/close time and prices (widening on spread is clear on the close price)
2. Screenshot for the 1M chart, where it shows the price and time for GBPUSD, where the High and Low of GBPUSD never reached the prices NEEX claimed at that time. (By the way, till this moment, the price of GBPUSD has not reached the price they closed my positions at)

New SCAMMERS

Everybody, welcome a new SCAM broker on board. Usual well-known scam tricks NEEX is using, Widening the spreads to liquidate open positions and full hedge positions. They closed my trades on a fake price that has never been reached since I took my trades. After contacting them through all official channels, they refused to send the trade report or any official response from their side. ALL PROOFS ARE READY TO SHARE. My lawyer will contact the SCA IN DUBAI.
