No maam...They approved my request for verification after my account was liquidated due to crypto crash,I didn't have the chance to withdraw my funds because it became zero balance already.

We’ve reviewed your case and would like to clarify that the account verification was successfully completed on October 12.
During the verification process, trading activity on the account remained available, and the funds were used in trading operations, which resulted in the reported losses.
They told me to send my documents for verification process in order to withdraw but after how many days they didn't approved yet my verification and they didn't response any of my queries,Im afraid that I cannot recover my fund anymore
