I was trading on Ifexcapital for some time. While analyzing different assets, I noticed a recurring statistical pattern. This wasn’t unique to their platform – I verified it on other data sources as well – so it clearly wasn’t a feed error.

I started trading that asset whenever the pattern was about to form, and I managed to get consistent profits. After a while, the company contacted me, claiming that I was exploiting a weakness through scalping and the volatility around market openings. I responded by clarifying that my trades were based on a market-level pattern, not on any platform glitch. On top of that, my trades lasted over 40 minutes, which by definition cannot be considered scalping. I even provided them with market evidence to back this up. They never replied.

I kept trading the same way but, to address their concerns, I adjusted my approach: since they mentioned volatility around the first seconds of the market opening, I began closing my trades two minutes after the open, without setting a tp.

About a month later, they contacted me again, claiming I was still abusing their platform. I replied once more, this time sending both my market proof and my trade history, showing that my trades lasted 40 minutes or longer and were not being closed right after the market opened. Again, no response from them.

Instead, they proceeded to remove all the funds from my account — approximately $85,000 USD. After they withdrew my funds, I tried to contact them, but it’s now been over 3 weeks with no response from their side.
