Could you please provide some evidence of your trading in Broker Group (such as account number and trading and transaction records)? We will try to contact this broker for you.
I currently have a broker group account, which has funds of more than 3,000 dollars, from which I cannot withdraw because there is no withdrawal option. I have been trying to withdraw this money since 2023. Until now, I have never received an email for identity validation or withdrawal of my funds.
