On January 21, 2026, from 11:01 PM to 11:25 PM, we experienced a trading freeze on GTC, preventing us from closing our positions. This resulted in all of my members losing over 300,000 RMB. The platform only compensated four people for half of their losses, while the remaining nine have not received compensation and the process has been dragging on for ten days. The platform requested logs, which I provided, but unfortunately, the logs for the period of the margin call are missing because GTC migrated data and changed servers, making it impossible to find complete logs. I demand that GTC compensate us for the lost principal!
