I have 3 orders in my MT4 account in Equiti, which were liquidated when the gold price was rising, but the liquidation price was 2186+, which is unacceptable to me. I understand that although the price of global futures gold has risen, it has not reached 2185+. For these three orders, I asked them to actively provide detailed order information and legal certificates issued by regulatory agencies, but they did not respond at all!
