I deposited funds into CWG Markets and traded for two months, during which I withdrew $1000 twice without any issues. When I tried to withdraw my principal, they told me there was a problem with my deposit and they needed to investigate. They claimed they hadn't received my deposit, which is absurd. They didn't investigate me for two months, but now they want to investigate my principal just to withdraw my funds, holding my withdrawal for a month. During this time, I contacted their online customer service, who said they were following up, and my account manager messaged me to wait, but there has been no further news. I've provided them with all my deposit and trading documents via email, but it's still not working. I'm demanding that CWG expedite my withdrawal.
