The sequence of events: On March 10, 2026, I registered an ECN account and deposited $1005.12 in two installments (one $500 and one $505.12). I set up automatic copy trading to follow other people's orders. The copy trading strategy was to place breakout orders. From March 10 to April 30, the account was frozen and I lost a total of $845.23 following the orders, leaving me with only $159.89. Another STP account received a deposit of $400.01 on April 2nd, which was manually operated by me. By April 30th, the account was frozen, with a profit of $374.23 and a balance of $774.24.
Summary of funds: Total deposit was US$1405.13, and the balance upon freezing was US$934.13, resulting in a loss of US$471.
Freezing process: I could still trade normally on the morning of April 30, but in the afternoon I couldn't log in to MT4 for no apparent reason. Then I asked the official website customer service online that afternoon about the reason. The customer service said I didn't have permission and asked me to leave my contact information and wait for the account manager to contact me. As of today, June 10th, no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. In the first few days, I contacted customer service online several times, and the response was always the same: wait for the account manager to contact me. During this period, I tried to open a new account, transfer funds, and withdraw money, but all attempts were rejected. That's when I realized that my account had been frozen. At first, I thought I just couldn't log in.
My request: I don't want to work with this broker anymore, I just want to be able to withdraw my principal.
