Initially, they emailed me saying that due to a manager's issue, all of our IBs were unable to withdraw funds. However, the investigation has been ongoing for a long time without any results. I emailed them to inquire, and initially they said it was still under investigation. I was dissatisfied with this response and argued with them. Later, they replied that because a client under my name had abused bonuses, they would deduct my commission.
However, they never notified me of this before. I believe that if such a thing did happen, it was a long time ago. Why didn't the broker deduct my commission before, nor did they notify me? Now I demand a reasonable explanation. Why is it that when the business manager's issue caused our withdrawal problems, they brought up the issue of bonus abuse?
I reasonably suspect that CPT Markets doesn't want clients to withdraw funds, which is why they keep shifting the blame. They haven't provided any proof that they're banning all agents from withdrawing funds just because they're investigating. When I asked the manager, he didn't know what was going on either, only saying they were investigating, but it's been so long without any results. What are they investigating? Is CPT Markets doing whatever they want? My commission is small, but I don't want it to be deducted for no reason. Brokers like CPT Markets are not trustworthy; they never tell the truth and constantly try to divert attention with other issues.
