I'm writing to report a serious issue with PU Prime regarding withdrawal restrictions.
I opened a Puprime account a few days ago and deposited a significant amount of money. After making some profit, I decided to withdraw ($701), but they rejected the withdrawal and restricted me from doing so. I emailed them about the issue and they said my dedicated account manager would reach out, now it's almost 4 Days but i haven't heard from them yet. The funds are crucial for my mother's medical expenses, and any delay will cause significant hardship. I request your urgent assistance in resolving this issue.
