CONTENT My account placed orders when the market fluctuated violently. I suffered huge losses and did not close my positions even when the account was in the green. The market reversed and my account realized profits. LIRUNEX said that my transactions were in violation of regulations and deducted all my account profits. "After our team's review, your profit has been voided because the trading pattern you have adopted violated our terms and conditions, specifically Article 42.2(9) Pricing errors and delayed profit taking by liquidity providers." This is a ridiculous reason given by the platform. How could a pricing error of more than ten dollars occur? My account orders have both losses and gains. It is normal for customers to lose money on your platform. Is making money a violation of trading regulations? I trade more than one product. LIRUNEX's practice is robbery. My account profit was obtained at great risk. I demand LIRUNEX to return my normal profit and provide traders with a fair and just trading environment.
