HTFX won't process withdrawals, the website is inaccessible, and I can't contact them

CONTENT My account number is 2870972, and I had $5,900 in my account that they kept delaying withdrawal for over a month. Eventually, the HTFX website became inaccessible, and I lost contact with them.

HTFX refused to fulfill its withdrawal obligations and misappropriated clients'funds

Amount $37,402.32

CONTENT I submitted a withdrawal request to HTFX on July 16, 2024, for USD 37,402.32, using cryptocurrency as the withdrawal method. As of today, August 15, 2025, the funds have still not arrived. During this period, I contacted HTFX many times, but they simply prevaricated by saying, "There is nothing unusual with the withdrawal, please continue to wait." They refused to provide any progress details, reasons for the handling, or written proof. HTFX's customer service did not provide clear instructions on the operating procedures, nor did they proactively communicate. Their attitude was evasive, which clearly violated the normal withdrawal time limits and basic obligations of normal financial institutions.

CONTENT It has been two weeks since I applied for a withdrawal but it has not been credited to my account. Every time HTFX replies that the finance department is reviewing and asking me to wait, they do not give a specific reason and keep delaying.At the beginning, they promised that it would not take more than 2 working days, but later they also stopped promising to withdraw funds. Now I ask HTFX every day but they just give me a few perfunctory answers. I now suspect that HTFX is a fraud broker.

CONTENT www.htfx.com I facing issue to withdraw funds even for USD 13x.xx.No mail for rejected reason, but for deposit there is a notification. Had tried twice in month of Feb 2025 wi the same result. Now contacting them to get a clarification or get the deposit back. CRM interface is not as established broker. Rejection of small funds is abit worrying.
