CONTENT I am filing this public complaint regarding my experience with FXNovus.
I deposited $5,250, and the account manager assigned by FXNovus instructed me on every trade I should open. Following these directions resulted in the complete loss of my capital. Afterward, I was pressured to deposit additional funds with the promise of a “bonus” to recover losses. I refused, because such practices are unethical and show a clear conflict of interest.
This experience raises serious concerns about:
Mismanagement of client funds
Pressure tactics to deposit more money after losses
Potential violation of fiduciary duty and fair trading standards
Unless this matter is resolved promptly through a fair settlement and compensation, I will:
1. Submit formal complaints to regulators (FSCA and international watchdogs).
2. Escalate through my bank/payment provider for a dispute and chargeback.
3. Publish detailed accounts of my experience across multiple consumer protection platforms and forums.
