Platform website: exness.comSince my deposit on January 21, 2026, my account verification has still not been completed as of June 18, 2026, approaching six months. As a regular trading user, I have consistently cooperated with the platform's requirements, submitting documents including proof of funds, identification, bank statements, contract files, live video, and other supplementary materials. I have made every effort to provide all required documentation and actively supported the review process. What I find unacceptable is that, after repeatedly submitting a large amount of documentation, Exness has never provided a clear review outcome. Instead, they keep requesting additional files and proofs. Every time I complete a batch of required submissions, what follows isn't a final review, but yet another round of document requests—making the process seem endless. Over the past six months, I have contacted official customer service multiple times to inquire about the review progress, hoping to understand the specific issues and the expected completion time. However, I consistently received generic responses such as "Review in progress, please wait patiently" or "The relevant department is handling it." No matter how many times I asked which stage the review was stuck at, whether additional documents were missing, or how much longer I should expect to wait, I received no clear answers or tangible updates. I understand that the platform has the right to conduct compliance reviews and am willing to cooperate with reasonable investigations. However, any review should have a reasonable timeframe and clear criteria, rather than being indefinitely delayed. An account that has submitted extensive supporting documents yet remains under review for nearly half a year without resolution clearly exceeds the scope of a normal review process.

CONTENT I am sharing a critical issue regarding my trading experience with #Exness to warn the community and seek accountability. After a successful period of trading, I have encountered what appears to be severe execution manipulation.The Facts:Timeline: Started June 18, 2025. By June 30, I grew a $600k deposit to $21M in profit with smooth execution.The Shift: Once profits became substantial, account behavior changed drastically.The Issue:Execution Latency: My normal execution speed of 150ms–200ms suddenly spiked to 2000ms+.SL Slippage: Stop Losses on #XAUUSD were jumped by up to $9 (900 pips).Data Discrepancy: I audited Exness’s own tick data. The requested prices were available in the market, yet my trades were executed 90 ticks away from the executable price.The Financial Impact:$1.1M Loss due to Stop Loss "jumping."$8M+ Loss in equity due to intentional 2000ms+ execution delays.The Response:I have been in contact with Exness since December 2025. After months of "investigation," they issued a blanket denial today, claiming "execution is correct" despite clear log evidence to the contrary.I have attached:1️⃣ A detailed Case Study of a single trade.2️⃣ Full MT5 Journal Logs proving 2000ms+ delays.3️⃣ A Video Breakdown showing the tick data vs. my execution.A broker's integrity is measured by how they handle winning traders. Exness blocked account could not withdraw my initial deposit

CONTENT I did sign up with exness with virtual account .tried for couples of days worked great ,did sign up for a real account transfer 4599 usd in two transactions 100 +4499 from my binance account i will include the screen shot. I tried to start trading on my real account all what i get is this message operation failed,order not placed went to Exness help page to see the reasons why this is happening I followed step by step nothing happen always operation failed order not placed. I placed a withdraw request.got rejected by exness .So could not trade could not withdraw. Please help me to get my money back withdrawing them to the same account i deposit it from. here i ve included all screenshots.
