Exness blocked account could not withdraw my initial deposit

CONTENT I did sign up with exness with virtual account .tried for couples of days worked great ,did sign up for a real account transfer 4599 usd in two transactions 100 +4499 from my binance account i will include the screen shot. I tried to start trading on my real account all what i get is this message operation failed,order not placed went to Exness help page to see the reasons why this is happening I followed step by step nothing happen always operation failed order not placed. I placed a withdraw request.got rejected by exness .So could not trade could not withdraw. Please help me to get my money back withdrawing them to the same account i deposit it from. here i ve included all screenshots.

CONTENT Exness refused to withdraw money for no reason and asked for various proofs of funds without giving any reason at all. It was just deliberately delaying the withdrawal.

CONTENT Dear Exness Team, My order executed two times even if I placed one order of sell XAU/USD at 2176.500 on 12th March 2024 - 06:07:30 PM after few minutes later my account shows 174$ profit that time also I closed the order due to Exness crash I'm not able to close the order and because of two times order executed, and I lost 109.90 USD & 114.80 USD due to step out Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund my money I lost all my savings in this because of your terminal crash !!! Waiting for your positive response
