After trading on AVATrade, I want to apply for a withdrawal, but the withdrawal was not allowed

CONTENT I submitted a withdrawal application one year after trading on AVATrade, but it has not been reviewed. Later, the customer service said that I should not submit more than 14,000 US dollars at a time and asked me to cancel and resubmit. After I resubmitted, my account was banned and even the web backend was disabled, making me unable to log in. In the end, they said I was trading illegally.

CONTENT I opened an account with AVA Trade 4 weeks ago and I have funded it with £6000.And now they have taken all my money, they are not answering my emails, and their live chat has been down last few weeks. The telephones are not being answered.Should I be worried about my money?is AVA Trade a SCAM broker?

CONTENT I requested to withdraw from avatrade last Friday and till now it's not proceedingThey do not even answer any method (live chat) and all e-mails feedback!they called me 2 days before and say they will proceed with it and they send a ticket to finance to check with themI requested a withdrawal of 677$ and now I found this transaction on my accountmy account number: 7113360they withdraw all funds in my account not only what I requested and nothing hits my skrill accountplease i really need some help?
