CONTENT I made a deposit of JPY6700 on October 16, which has not been arrived to my Alpari personal account until now.I have contacted their online customer service for several days, but the result is that they repeatedly gave different excuses, even from October 20, after ten days do not respond. I have always believed in Alpari and have been trading for a long time. My Alpari account number is 5637475

I trusted Alpari, but not its unable to withdraw

CONTENT I made a withdrawal request on the 14th of October but it was rejected once, so I reapplied on the 16th although it showed that it was completed, the money did not reach my bank card, and when I asked customer service, they kept saying that they were urging the relevant people to deal with it, but so far my money has not arrived.

CONTENT Alpari is a scam platform, the withdrawal of $2600 requested on the 8th of last month has not yet arrived. Every time I ask customer service the reason why the funds did not arrive, they said there is a problem with their payment channel and I needed to provide my bank water bills. I've sent them my water bills four times, but my withdrawal still hasn't arrived!
